Pat and and Steve everything looked pretty consistent between the two months, except the Average List & Sales Price.  But then I notice the properties in July were much bigger than those in August so that would explain the difference in the Average List & Sales Price.

Looks like Westlake's Real Estate market is stable. Nice way to market the area!
