CEDAR POINT IS STILL OPEN IN SEPTEMBER, 2013 WITH LIMITED DAYS & HOURS

Cedar Point stopped its summer hours/days, but the fun is not gone yet!  Yes, school has stated, but don't miss out on the remaining days of summer.  Cedar Point is ready for you.

CEDAR POINT RIDES

Cedar Point closed for a few days, but, today, Friday, 9/6/13, come for the fun from 6:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M.  Then, on Saturday, 9/7/13, the hours are 12 Noon to 10:00 P.M. and and Sunday, 9/8/13 are 12 Noon to 8:00 P.M.  From past, personal experience, the crowds are smaller than during the vacation season, so there are shorter lines for the rides.

Next, Cedar Point has its HallowWeekends, with its scary activities in the evenings.  The first HalloWeekend is 9/13, 9/14 and 9/15.  On Friday, 9/13/13, open from 6:00 P.M. to Midnight. on Saturday, 9/14/13 Cedar Point is open from 11:00 A.M. to Midnight.  And, on Sunday, 9/15/13, it is open from 12 Noon to 9:00 P.M.

We're not done yet! More fun with the next HalloWeekend.  Come on Friday, 9/20/13, from 6:00 P.M. to Midnight, Satuday, 9/21/13, from 11:00 A.M. to Midnight and Sunday 9/22/13, from 12 noon to 9:00 P.M.

Don't miss the fun during Cedar Point's last HalloWeekend for 2013.  Come on Friday, 9/27/13, from 6:00 P.M. to Midnight, Satuday, 9/28/13, from 11:00 A.M. to Midnight and Sunday 9/29/13, from 12 noon to 9:00 P.M.

Sunday, 9/29/13, at 900 P.M., Cedar Point closes for the season.  Soak City is already closed.  Start making your plans for Cedar Point's 2014 season.

Our local Six Flags is open until about Halloween.  It's nice to go when the crowds and temperatures are lower.

Pat and Steve area residents should take advantage of the remaining days Cedar Point is open.  It will be a long Fall and Winter before they can enjoy the fun again.

Kevin, thank you for your comment.  Yes, it is nice to go when the crowds & high temperatures are gone.

George, thank so much for your comment.  Cedar point draws from all over the country, because of the many roller coasters and a new one almost every year.  This is a good time for those in the Northwest and Northeast, OH to enjoy what is left of summer.

Hi Pat & Steve.  You know summer is over when the parks close.

Pat, great post, and nice to know you can still visit Cedar Point!   Looks like a fun place for an afternoon of excitement.

Joan, thanks so much for your comment.  During the summer season, people come from all over the country to Cedar Point, because of the number of roller coasters.

Unfortunately the weather will dictate some of these changes, but still lots of great temperature to look forward to over the next few months.

Make it a great weekend!

Sounds like a great idea to visit Cedar Point after the summer crowds...less lines and more comfortable temps!

Larry & Sheila, thank you for your comment.  This is a great time for the locals, as Cedar Point draws destination visitors from all over the country.

Pat, our weather has still been very warm, so it would be wonderful to have Cedar Point open when the kids can still go.

Joan, thank you for your comment.  Yes, it's great for the kids to go at this time of year, because it is still warm and the lines are short for the roller coasters (those in the rest of the country don't come).
