We use Listing Promoter, a Chicago Title product. For us, this product is quite reasonable, given the contacts we receive from potential buyers. We looked at other single home website products and found that they did not allow us to provide sufficient information to make them a valuable marketing tool.
We considered using QR Codes, which are very popular. But, we selected the single home websites, as a potential buyers need to leave their cars to "read" the QR code. In our market, we have a lot of snow in the winter and a lot of rain in the spring. We wanted a product potential buyers can use without leaving their vehicles.
We put a significant amount of time in preparing the information for our single home websites. The websites will only be effective if they contain enough information to compel potential buyers to contact us.
When we are at a listing appointment, the single home website is an important feature in our marketing package. It makes us stand out with from the competition. And, we provide this product for all of our listings, irrespective of listing price.
